This term, our First Year Home Economics students have been busy in the kitchen, demonstrating a variety of home baking methods. Each week, their confidence and skills have grown as they put theory into practice, baking treats such as queen cakes, scones, and sponge cakes. It’s been wonderful to watch their creativity and confidence rise along with their bakes!
