Today, the junior camogie team played Gealcholáiste Carrigaline in very windy conditions. In the first half, Regina Mundi College had the wind and used it to their advantage to build a good lead going into the second half. In the second half, the girls carried on as they ended the first half, with plenty of scores and several good plays by Mia, Alex, Lauren, Poppy, Layla, Aoibhinn and Erin. The game came to an end with a win for us 7-4 to 3-6, and which will see us to the semi-final in the next few weeks. Special mention to Tara Murphy who played fantastic in goal and made some incredible memorable saves!
