Congratulations to Ruth Kingston and Aoife Henry on qualifying for the final of the Macroom Food Festival Schools Cook-Off Competition.
Their entry, Michael Twomey’s free-range pork burger served with caramelised apple and Cashel Blue cheese in a soft Pop Crowley’s brioche, accompanied by homemade cucumber pickle, apple slaw, chutney, and hand-cut wedges, has secured them a place in the final.
