On Thursday afternoon Mr Fosters 6th year Biology class played a game of ‘Who wants to live to 1 million years’.
In this interactive digital game, the pupils had to make choices with regards to mutations that they hoped would enable a fictional species to survive various changes to their surroundings such as climate change/food sources/ new predators. The winning pupils successfully ensured that their species survived for 1 million years.
It was a great way to enhance pupils’ knowledge and understanding of the theory of Evolution by natural selection.
