This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, we are encouraging our whole school community to take time to reflect on the importance of mental wellbeing.
The theme this year is “Movement: Moving more for our mental health” and links in with Active Schools Week, reminding us that small actions—like a walk with a friend, a mindful moment, or simply checking in on someone—can make a big difference.
We want all of our students to know: it’s okay not to be okay. Help is always available, and there is strength in reaching out.
Let’s work together to break the stigma and build a culture of kindness, openness, and support.
