The 3Z Geography class, in conjunction with Geography Awareness Day, presented their “Dream Holiday” projects. We travelled the globe—from Costa Rica and the Maldives to Zanzibar, Thailand and Lapland, among many others. Students were tasked with calculating the full cost of their holiday, including flights, activities, and accommodation, as well as explaining why they chose their destination and type of trip. With an unlimited budget, our journeys included everything from tuk-tuks to stretch limousines and private jets. The projects gave students a fantastic insight into different countries and the wide range of activities available around the world.
