Our classrooms and staffroom were bursting with kindness today! Regina Mundi College was filled with colourful Positive Post-its containing short, uplifting messages that brought extra encouragement to our classrooms and shared spaces.
Starting the day with a positive message can, lift mood and confidence, focus the mind for learning, reduce stress and worry, and strengthen our sense of belonging. Most importantly it puts a smile on our faces!
If you spotted a favourite message, keep the ripple going: pass on a compliment, tell a friend something kind, or add a Post-it to a space at home. Little notes. Big impact.
