Mrs Logan Lane’s first year home economics class made a beautiful display of sponge cakes this morning. We learned all about the whisking method of baking and the skills needed to prepare, make and bake these amazing sponge cakes. The girls worked really hard with their partners to complete the task on time. Well done girls.
