This week, our TY students have been volunteering their time and skills for the Edith Wilkins Street Children’s Foundation. Students decorated lanterns with messages of hope and light to link with the theme of Diwali as part of the Solar Lantern Project. Penny Foy and Caoimhe Barry were interviewed on Cork’s 96fm as part of the promotion of the event. The craftwork will be on display over the weekend at Douglas Court Shopping Centre.
