Today our Grúpa Cheoil organised a lunchtime concert as part of  Seachtain na Gaeilge. The audience were treated to Out on the Ocean a jig danced by our fabulous dancers Isabel O’ Brien, Lucie Sheehan and Kate Anne Cummins Forde, accompanied by our talented musicians, Róisín Bradley, Abby O’ Mahony, Aoibhe Greally, Heidi Rose Kelly, Rosie Morley, Éabha O’ Sullivan, Lauren Hourihan, Faye Dunwell, Solene Halliigon and Clara Moynihan. Our beautiful chamber choir performed Cloudsong from Riverdance and Si do Mhaimeoi. There was a rousing rendition of Mo Shéamuisín, some sean nos from Solene Halligon and Woodbrook by Mícheál O’ Súilleabhain performed by Éabha O’ Sullivan. We finished up with Linger as Gaeilge with everybody clapping along and getting us into good spirits for Lá Fhéile Pádraig. Maith sibh go leir.
