Today Lord Mayor, Councillor Dan Boyle visited Regina Mundi College. The school welcomed him with enthusiasm. Members of our music department played and sang “Beautiful City” as the Lord Mayor entered the school and they performed “The Banks of my own lovely Lee” as he departed from Regina Mundi College. Aisling O’ Neill spoke eloquently on behalf of the student body and Rhian Lloyd-Evans presented a token of our appreciation to Cllr. Boyle on behalf of the whole school community. The school was presented with seeds for the school garden and a compost bin. Thanks to all the students and staff for the wonderful reception they gave to the Lord Mayor.
