On Friday last our Junior Camogie team played in the County final against our near neighbours Christ King. On an evening of difficult conditions we unfortunately lost on a scoreline of 3-8 to 1-4. The game was much closer than the scoreline suggests as we created numerous scoring opportunities which we were unable to convert. Our players can be proud of their efforts, as they kept fighting for every ball right to the end of the match and reaching a county final is a great achievement. Thanks to all the supporters who braved the elements to cheer on the team on the night, your support was very much appreciated.
