The theme for our annual European Day of Languages Poster Competition is ‘Languages for Peace’.
The purpose of European Day of Languages is to celebrate the diversity and richness of languages in Europe and beyond.
Did you know that there are over 200 different languages and over 100 European languages spoken in Europe today. However, only 24 are recognised as Europe’s official languages.
There will be prizes for the Best Junior Cycle Entry and the Best Senior Cycle Entry.
Your poster should reflect the theme, using text and images.
Entries may be A4 or A3 size.
Sign and submit your posted to the entry box by the office.
Deadline: Wednesday 2nd October
