In conjunction with Enterprise Week, we were thrilled to welcome Aisling O’Leary from Grove Wellness Studios back to Regina Mundi College, to speak with our 1st Years this morning. Aisling delivered an inspiring presentation, sharing her personal and entrepreneurial journey with the students. Her passion for both her business and her clients was truly evident.
Grove Wellness Studios, which Aisling opened in November 2024, near the Marina Market, has been a remarkable success. Her vision is to create a warm, welcoming space where individuals can find stillness, grow, and nurture their mind, body, and soul. She recounted her experiences through school and college, including changes in course direction and the path that led to establishing her own studio. Aisling spoke about the benefits of being a business owner as well as the obstacles she has faced. She explained the influence of personal and health challenges, which led her to training as a Pilates Instructor and opening her own business at just 22 years old.
Aisling should be incredibly proud of all she has accomplished. The students were captivated by her story. We sincerely thank Aisling for sharing her inspiring journey with us and for leaving a lasting positive impact on all who had the pleasure of meeting her today.
