Cathy Fitzgibbon delivered an engaging and insightful talk to the TY students yesterday as part of Enterprise Week, sharing her entrepreneurial journey in establishing her business The Culinary Celt. Drawing on her personal experiences, Cathy outlined the challenges and opportunities she encountered when launching her venture, from developing her initial concept to building a strong brand within the food industry. She spoke about the importance of resilience, creativity and adaptability in entrepreneurship, as well as the value of identifying market needs and maintaining high standards of quality and service. It was very much enjoyed by the students.
