Celebrating Excellence at Regina Mundi College

October 22, 2026

Yesterday, Regina Mundi College hosted our annual Celebration of Excellence Awards, an event that recognises the diverse talents, achievements, and contributions of our students.

In the words of founder Ms. Daisy Corrigan:

“Every pupil must be excellent at something, be it moral, academic, sporting, intellectual, aesthetic, practical skills, excellent and if possible creative.”

We were delighted to welcome back Ms. Jennifer Chadwick, Class of 2015, now a diplomat with the Department of Foreign Affairs, who addressed our students and shared insights from her inspiring career.

Jennifer spoke warmly about the wonderful opportunities afforded to her during her time at Regina Mundi College and encouraged our students to embrace every opportunity that comes their way. She also shared her further education journey, explaining how she changed courses along the way and reassuring students that it is perfectly okay to change direction. Her message was an important reminder that career paths are not always linear, that discovering new interests is part of the journey, and that it is never too late to pursue a different path.

We also celebrated the outstanding achievements of the Class of 2026, who performed exceptionally well in their Leaving Certificate examinations. As they embark on the next chapter of their journeys, we wish them every success and happiness, confident that they will continue to embody the values of excellence, integrity, and creativity that define Regina Mundi College.

Congratulations to all our award recipients — and to every student who continues to strive to be excellent at something.
