Congratulations to all TY students who participated in the cake-making and decorating competition at the Open Evening. The quality of the cakes and creativity shown in the decorating were really impressive. The judges had a very hard time selecting the winners, but eventually awarded the prizes to:
1st place: Freya Tynan and Lucy Madden with their “cake-i-corn” masterpiece
2nd place: Faye Leonard and Juno Lopez with their beautiful and delicious lemon-raspberry cake, and
3rd place: to Beth Twomey and Kate Murphy for their very cute and tasty “cookie monster” cake.
