Some of the 5th year Home Economics students are currently conducting Sensory Analysis tests, as part of their digital coursework journal. The girls were asked to carry out Descriptive Rating Tests on two different brands of granola, in order to build a sensory profile of each one. Once completed, the girls will summarise their results and add their conclusion to their write-up. Well done, a great learning experience!
