Congratulations to Ms. Kelleher and Ms. Thomas’ 3rd Year Home Economics students on completing their Food Literacy Skills State Exam which accounts for 50% of their Junior Cycle grade. 
Over the past number of weeks, students have shown great dedication, developing both their culinary and creative skills. The impressive standard of dishes produced reflects their hard work, commitment, and practice.
A special thank you to the 2nd Year students who supported the exams as housekeepers – your help was greatly appreciated.
