On Wednesday, all the RMC Ag Science students embarked on a long journey down to West Cork to see all that was happening at the Agriaware ‘Farm Walk & Talk’. Students heard from both teachers and students working in the college. All aspects of the Ag Science curriculum were discussed from soil science to sheep farming to dairy farming. Students were delighted to get the chance to carry and handle week old lambs and see calves drinking milk on site.
A great day was had by all.
