Enterprise Week, talk by Matthew Collins, founder of Sibly Co.- Pics

Today we welcomed Matthew Collins, founder of Sibly Co to Regina Mundi College to speak to our 3rd year students. In his talk, Matthew shared an honest and inspiring account of his entrepreneurial journey, reflecting on the challenges, risks, and lessons that shaped both his career and personal growth. He described how early setbacks helped refine his vision, teaching him the importance of resilience, adaptability, and building strong relationships within a team. Collins emphasized the value of solving real-world problems through innovation, explaining how his company evolved by listening closely to customers and embracing change rather than fearing it. Looking ahead, he expressed ambitious plans to expand Sibly Co’s impact by scaling its solutions internationally, fostering a culture of creativity, and mentoring the next generation of entrepreneurs, highlighting his belief that sustainable success comes from combining purpose with bold, forward-thinking ideas.
