Today, our 5th year Business students took part in an engaging pizza-making workshop at the Marina Market, where they learned the art and business behind authentic wood-fired pizza with Oak Fire Pizza. During the hands-on session, students were guided through the full pizza-making process, from stretching fresh dough to selecting toppings and baking their creations in an oak-fired oven. Alongside the practical experience, they gained valuable insight into how Oak Fire Pizza sources its ingredients, with a strong focus on quality, sustainability, and working with trusted local suppliers. The workshop combined culinary skills with real-world business learning, giving students a deeper understanding of food production, supply chains, and brand values within the hospitality industry.
