Cookery Module with Transition Year students

Transition Year students have been busy in the kitchen as part of their Cookery Module, creating a range of “fakeaway” dishes. They prepared healthier versions of popular local takeaway favourites, including Korean chicken bowls, cheeseburgers, and spice bags. These dishes were a big hit, giving students the chance to enjoy much-loved meals while exploring nutritious twists and developing their culinary skills.
