The Minor Soccer Team are set to face Colaiste Choilm Ballincollig in a fixture that promises to be a closely contested game. The game is scheduled for next Friday on May the 9th.
The game is taking place in Corinthians Park in Donnybrook on a brand new Astroturf pitch. The girls will be kicking off at 11 in the afternoon and we’d like to invite all family and friends to the game if they are able to come out and support us.
The team will not be alone on the day, the entire cohort of 2nd year are invited to come and act as the twelfth player for the team. This can prove to be a massive advantage for us on the day. We’d like to remind the 2nd years to process the consent and payment forms on the app if they wish to attend the game.
On route to the final, we have scored 14 goals and only conceded 2. This is a testament to the quality of our players and hence, we truly deserve to be in this position.
All of the members of the school community are very excited for this fixture but regardless of the outcome, we are so immensely proud of the team for reaching the final once again for the second consecutive year.
