On Tuesday we welcomed Matthew Collins from the Sibly Company to Regina Mundi College. Matthew shared his entrepreneurial journey with our 3rd year students. It all began with a love for baking, leading to a small business selling homemade cheesecakes. While the desserts were a hit, he soon recognized a growing demand for healthier snack options. Inspired by his own fitness journey and the need for nutritious, on-the-go snacks, he shifted gears and created Sibly, a brand dedicated to high-protein, clean-ingredient energy balls. What started as a kitchen experiment quickly turned into a thriving business, driven by the mission to make healthy eating both delicious and convenient. Through trial, error, and unwavering dedication, Matthew transformed a simple love for food into a brand that fuels people’s daily lives. We thank Matthew for his time and wish him all the best for future.
