Regina Mundi College proudly opened its doors to prospective students and their families on the 19th of September 2024 for its annual Open Evening. The event offered a fantastic opportunity for visitors to explore the vibrant school environment and learn about the wide array of educational and extracurricular programs offered.
Visitors were invited to tour the school, guided by current students who showcased the state-of-the-art classrooms, science labs, music rooms, and other facilities. The enthusiasm and pride from the student guides were contagious, as they shared their own experiences at Regina Mundi College and answered questions from families.
Parents and students had the chance to meet the dedicated teachers and staff, who were on hand to provide detailed information on the various subjects, special programs, and support services available. Interactive demonstrations in classrooms, including science experiments, music performances, and art displays, added to the dynamic and engaging atmosphere of the evening. Many families were impressed by the emphasis placed on holistic education, with Regina Mundi College balancing academic excellence and personal growth through sports, arts, and leadership opportunities.
The evening came to a close with an address from Principal Ms. Yvonne Lucey, who emphasized the school’s commitment to nurturing academic excellence, personal development, and leadership skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. She shared exciting developments in the school’s curriculum, new facilities, and extracurricular opportunities that await future students.
