Yesterday, our 2nd students enjoyed an exciting end-of-year trip to Ballyhass Adventure Centre – Coachford, where they took part in a wide range of outdoor and adventure activities. Although the weather was not on our side, the girls showed fantastic positivity throughout the day and made the very best of every activity on offer. From the water activity to the obstacle challenges, students displayed great enthusiasm, teamwork, and resilience while creating lasting memories with their peers.
Students also had the opportunity to test their skills in archery and axe throwing, both of which proved extremely popular and encouraged focus, determination, and friendly competition. The team-building exercises throughout the day helped strengthen friendships and promoted cooperation among the group. One of the highlights of the trip was the high net climbing frame, where students pushed themselves outside their comfort zones and demonstrated excellent courage and perseverance. Overall, the trip was a hugely enjoyable and rewarding experience for all involved and a wonderful way to celebrate the end of the school year.
