TRANSITION YEAR WORKSHOPS

Four workshops took place for Transition Year students on Thursday and Friday. These were Sketch to Film, First Aid, Managing Me and Rooted Resolutions. The students were able to write, perform, film and edit comedy sketches. They learned how to carry out life saving CPR. They also heard about how to develop a growth mindset and to navigate conflict within relationships. These varied experiences are a large part of the diverse curriculum that is included in the TY programme and helps to develop the maturity of our students ahead of the Senior Cycle.
