Congratulations to 3rd year student Katie Brennan who has been selected to represent RMC in the Rotary Young Chef Competition. Katie cooked a three course meal in the first round of the competition:

Starter – Crab and Avocado Mousse Tian with Ciabatta Crostini

Main Course – Panfried Seabass with Pea Puree and Pickled Veg served with Chirizo and Sundried Tomato Salsa

Dessert – Lime Pudding with Strawberry Salsa and Shortbread Biscuit
