Board of Directors

An innovative and collaborative process pertains whereby the Board of Directors takes a pro-active role in the provision of high quality education for each student at Regina Mundi College. The members of the Board visit the school annually at the end of the school year. They engage in a consultative dialogue with the school community, i.e. Principal, Deputy Principal, students, teachers and non teaching staff. Board members meet with focus groups of teachers and students during their visit and attend classes throughout the school. They also meet with staff and students in an informal setting. The Principal and Deputy Principal along with each subject department team submits a comprehensive report to the Board in relation to the curricular, extra- curricular and co-curricular work undertaken in the school throughout the year. The Board at its formal meeting which takes place during the month of May discuss and reflect on the reports, ratify policies and make recommendations. The Board is most affirming of the nurturing, caring and inclusive school environment characterised by the commitment and dedication of the whole staff, ensuring that students are empowered to reach their full potential.
